Thus my time and energy have gone into cooking (and to compensate for that, also exercising). I practice a lot of yoga (hatha, power vinyasa, and hot) and I am also a Zumba Fitness instructor. Read more about my weight loss story here: The only diet that works.
I love to take pictures of everything I cook and/or eat, and this blog will be a medium to share my daily food journey and to get ideas from you, of course. Since the creation of Food College, PA, however, I'm happy to tell you I have found a job. Thus you will see a lot less activity, but I still try to post anything new and delicious I make.
My husband is Mexican and I am Venezuelan. My grandparents were from Latvia, Germany, Italy and Venezuela and I've lived in Venezuela, USA, Germany and Mexico. We love our home food, American food, Asian food, street food, easy food, complicated food, all sorts of food! So the recipes you will see on this blog will be a delicious cultural mix :)
